Yes, free shipping method available for orders within the United States that are more or equal $39.00. USPS First-Class Mail® is our free shipping method. Delivery is in 6-10 business days for most U.S. addresses.

We do not offer free international shipping at this time.

  • USPS First-Class Mail® is a fast and affordable service for packages weighing up to 13 oz. Delivery is in 6-10 business days for most U.S. addresses. This is our free shipping method (for orders $39+ within the U.S.)
  • USPS Priority Mail® service is a great choice for shipping packages delivery in about 2-4 business days for most U.S. addresses.
  • USPS Express Mail® is the fastest service for shipping packages delivery in about 1-3 business days to most U.S. addresses. Includes signature proof of delivery and delivery status information with the Track & Confirm tool.
  • FedEx 2 day® typically delivered within 2 business days throughout the contiguous US (Shipping time varies by location).

International Shipping:

TRACKING

  • How do I track my package?

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a status update and tracking information in accordance with your preferred shipping method.

If you need to track an international shipment, please contact your local postal service for further instructions. Most of the time USPS Tracking provides tracking until the final destination.

  • What if there are no updates when I track my order?

Please allow some time for the internal postal systems to update the tracking information after the order was shipped. Sometimes there may be a slight delay in their systems and the tracking information should be available shortly. If you have additional questions regarding the status of a package, please contact the postal services that were used to ship your package.

  • When will my order ship?

Generally, the orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order was placed. Please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee and slight delays are possible and Vita Stream will not be held responsible for any occurring delays.

  • How long until my order is delivered?

  • Do you use any coolants when shipping products?

All orders are shipped using our standard packaging and we do not offer an option to add a coolant to the package. All the products on our website are relatively heat resistant and shipped using standard packaging.

  • What if my order got lost in the mail?

If you suspect that your package is lost in the mail, please file a claim with your respective postal service. Please note that if the order wasn't protected by the optional shipping insurance/protection plan (Route) with the order, Vita Stream will not be responsible for any losses in the mail, including misplaced, misdelivered, lost, or stolen packages.

If you opted in for the registered protection service (Route) and an officially confirmed loss during shipping is reported, Vita Stream will either ship the order again for a second and final time or provide an optional refund. Please keep in mind that for international packages, it may take several weeks for the registered service to complete the tracking process.

  • Can I insure my package?

Yes! We offer an optional Route Shipping Protection Service for each order you make. Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route, and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund until the order has shipped. To cancel your order please contact us at customerservice@vita-stream.com, through our live chat, or call 1-888- 472-7771 extension #2. We cannot cancel an order once it has already left our fulfillment center.

  • Can I return my order and get a refund?

We accept returns only on defective items that are unopened and in sealed condition within the 30 days from the date of purchase. Once a return is approved and a required RAN (Return Authorization Number) has been assigned, the defective item must be shipped back within 3 days. We must receive your returned item within 10 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. A Refund will be given as an item exchange only, an additional charge for re-shipping may apply. Buyer pays return shipping. In the case of an item no longer being in stock, a money refund will be issued for the purchase price. The refund will be transferred only after the item is received and identified. This applies only to Products, not shipping and handling which is non-refundable.

Please note: Vita Stream reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee of a minimum of $35 or a 30% restocking fee, whichever is the greater. If during transportation/delivery your package gets lost/stolen, you might be asked to file a police report and provide it to our customer service as part of the refund process.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Vita-Stream.com on a case-by-case basis

  • When will I get my refund after it was approved by Vita Stream?

Please understand that it will take some time to process your return. Your credit should be finalized 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment.

No, Vita Stream is an online store and we do not have a physical store.

  • Should I take supplements with or without food?

Unless your practitioner tells you otherwise, you should take supplements with food. Supplements are usually absorbed better with food because that is when all your digestive juices are most active. Also, if you are new to supplementing then taking them with food will help avoid any feelings of nausea.

  • How many vitamins should I take?

The answer to this question varies from person to person, so you should consult your physician to find out your ideal dosage.

  • There seems to be so many peptide products on the website, how can I better understand what I want?

While there are many peptide products on our website, they can be easily divided into groups that will help you understand what fits your needs best. There are two types of peptides on our website - synthesized and natural, and most peptide products are available in two forms - sublingual and capsules. The general recommendation is to take up to 5 peptides at the same time, no more than 5.

  • What is the difference between natural and synthetic peptides?

Natural Russian peptide bioregulators is a group of peptides of less than 50 amino acids and with a molecular mass of less than 5 kDa. The analysis of natural peptides was used to detect the most active peptide from a group, which was later replicated in a lab. Synthesized peptide bioregulators supplement contains only one peptide molecule whereas natural one includes a group of molecules. Synthesized peptides have an immediate impact compared to natural peptides and have a faster, yet more short-lived effect (1.5-2 months). Such peptides are typically used to start. However, it is advised to switch to natural peptides as a follow-up course.

  • What is the difference between peptides in capsules and sublingual peptides?

The main difference between capsules and sublingual peptide products is the form of administration. Liquid version was created for the convenience of those who may struggle to swallow capsules or want to avoid having to digest the gelatin capsule. Besides the form of administration, the effectiveness of sublingual peptides is similar to the capsules. Moreover, sublingual peptides are absorbed directly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, which promotes faster penetration of peptides and accelerates their action.
